68100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 68100's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 68100 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 68100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 68100 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
2. Account Creation & Security
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account.
- Registration details must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
- 68100 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
- Accounts registered using false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 68100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX (online banking) and TNG eWallet.
Deposit
- Deposits are credited to your account once successful payment confirmation is received.
- 68100 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
- The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification.
- Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- 68100 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding a specified amount.
- Any taxes or banking charges associated with transactions are the user's responsibility.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 68100 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the platform, other users, or violate applicable laws. The following rules are binding on all users:
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Users must use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and 68100 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
The 68100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 68100 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of data or anticipated profits.
68100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if a breach of these Terms is found, without the need to provide a reason. For account closures initiated by the user for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach), any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once verification is complete.
All content on the 68100 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software — is the property of 68100 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without prior written consent from 68100.
The platform may contain links to third-party services. 68100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
68100 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable Terms.
Continued use of the 68100 platform after any changes are published will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
